Mobility-Friendly · Privately Arranged
Accessible Holidays to Asia
Asia is one of the world's most rewarding places to travel — and with the right arrangements it is entirely accessible. We design private, unhurried holidays for travellers with limited mobility, wheelchair users, and anyone who simply needs a slower pace and more thoughtful support.
Step-free hotels. Accessible private vehicles. Specialist guides briefed on your needs. And an itinerary built around you — not a group timetable. All fully ATOL protected.
Our Approach
Accessible travel done properly
Most travel companies treat accessibility as an afterthought — a tick-box on a booking form. We treat it as the starting point. Every accessible holiday we arrange begins with a conversation about your specific needs: what you can manage comfortably, what you'd prefer to avoid, and what you absolutely cannot miss.
We then design your itinerary around those answers. Hotels are chosen for accessibility first, character second. Vehicles are confirmed as suitable before your deposit is taken. Guides are briefed with your requirements — not handed a vague note on the morning of arrival.
The result is a holiday that feels effortless — because all the effort has been put in before you board the plane.
All hotels personally inspected by our specialists — accessibility claims verified, not assumed
Private transport on every holiday — no shared coaches with inflexible timetables
Itinerary built around your pace, not the other way round — rest days included as standard
Accessible alternatives identified for every major site before you depart
ATOL protected — every penny fully protected from deposit to return flight
Companions and carers are warmly accommodated — tell us and we will build the itinerary accordingly
Portable equipment — wheelchairs, walking aids and scooters — sourced locally in-destination where needed
Truthful advice — if a particular destination or experience isn't well-suited to your needs, we will say so
What's Included
Everything arranged before you travel
These are not extras. They are the standard on every accessible holiday we arrange.
Accessible private vehicles
Wheelchair-accessible or spacious saloon cars arranged for every transfer, excursion and airport run — no shared coaches, no steps, no rush.
Accessible hotel rooms
Ground-floor rooms, walk-in wet rooms, wide doorways and grab rails pre-requested at every hotel. We check accessibility in person before recommending any property.
Genuinely slow pace
Rest time is built into every day as standard. Half-day outings, midday breaks, and afternoons to sit and absorb — not a relentless tick-list of attractions.
Specialist local guides
Guides briefed on your mobility requirements before arrival — they know which temple entrance to use, where to pause, and how to pace the day around you.
Medical & dietary needs
Medication storage, dietary requirements and any medical equipment needs communicated to every hotel and supplier before you travel.
24/7 in-destination support
A UK contact available throughout your holiday. If anything needs adjusting on the ground — an extra rest day, a changed itinerary — we sort it immediately.

A holiday paced entirely around you
Every accessible holiday we arrange is built on one principle: the itinerary works around your energy, not the other way round. That means half-day outings with genuine rest in between. It means no 6am starts unless you want them. It means your guide is never ahead of you — they are beside you.
We also build a contingency day into holidays of 14 nights or more — a day with nothing scheduled, so that if you need to rest, you rest. And if you feel well, you use it for something you didn't expect to do.

Frequently asked questions
Are your accessible holidays only for wheelchair users?
Not at all. Our accessible holidays are designed for anyone who benefits from a slower pace, step-free accommodation, private transport, or extra support — whether that means a walking frame, a recent hip replacement, balance issues, or simply a preference for not rushing. Tell us your specific situation and we will design around it.
Which Asian destination is most accessible for wheelchair users?
Japan and Singapore are the most accessible destinations in Asia by a significant margin. Japan has step-free access at most major temples, museums and train stations, while Singapore has world-class infrastructure throughout the city. Bali, Thailand and Sri Lanka are also very manageable with careful planning and private transport. We would not recommend relying on Cambodia or Nepal for a wheelchair-primary trip without thorough pre-planning.
Can you arrange a wheelchair-accessible vehicle throughout the holiday?
Yes — this is standard on all our accessible holidays. We arrange a private vehicle sized and configured to your needs for every airport transfer, day trip and excursion. You will never be asked to board a shared coach or squeeze into an unsuitable car.
My partner is a carer — how does this work on pricing?
Companions and carers are accommodated on all our holidays. Pricing is per person and twin/double occupancy is the standard, so a traveller plus carer sharing a room is our normal setup. If your carer needs a separate room or has specific requirements, tell us and we will factor this in from the outset.
Can I bring my own mobility equipment — wheelchair, scooter or walking frame?
Yes — all airlines carry folding wheelchairs free of charge as checked baggage. We notify every hotel of your equipment in advance and ensure storage is available. We can also source manual wheelchairs, scooters and walking aids in-destination for added flexibility, particularly useful for longer trips where carrying bulky equipment on multiple flights is impractical.
Are the temples and cultural sites accessible, or would I miss the highlights?
Many of Asia's most iconic sites are surprisingly accessible — the Taj Mahal has a dedicated wheelchair path, Tokyo's major temples are well-equipped, and Singapore's Gardens by the Bay is completely step-free. For sites with steps or uneven ground, we identify the best accessible alternative nearby and ensure your guide knows exactly which entrance to use and where to pause. You will not miss the highlights.
Do I need travel insurance for a holiday with a disability or health condition?
Yes — specialist travel insurance that covers your specific condition is essential and we strongly recommend arranging it at the time of booking. We can point you toward reputable specialist providers for travellers with pre-existing conditions. All our holidays are ATOL protected, which separately protects your money if anything were to happen to us as an operator.
How much do accessible holidays to Asia cost?
Our accessible holidays follow the same pricing structure as our standard tours — starting from around £1,995 per person for Thailand (14 nights including flights, hotels, guides and private transfers). The private vehicle and accessible room pre-requests are included in the package price; there is no surcharge for accessibility arrangements.
