Five-Star Asia
Luxury Holidays to Asia
A ryokan in Kyoto where dinner is served by candlelight in your tatami room. A palace hotel on a Rajasthani lake. A jungle villa in Bali with your own plunge pool. Asia has some of the finest hotels on earth — and we know exactly which ones are worth it.
All our luxury holidays are privately arranged, paced for travellers over 50, and fully ATOL protected. No groups, no compromises.

What luxury actually means on our holidays
Luxury in Asia is not about price tags — it is about access, knowledge and the confidence that every detail has been thought through by someone who genuinely knows the destination. Our specialists have lived and worked in Asia for years. We know which room to request, which guide to insist on, and which restaurant is worth a two-week advance booking.
Every hotel selected by our specialists in person — we stay in them ourselves before recommending them to guests
Private transfers throughout — no shared coaches, no waiting, no compromise on timing
Pre-opening temple access, private cultural experiences and exclusive restaurant tables that cannot be booked independently
The finest local guides available — chosen for depth of knowledge and personal warmth, not just credentials
No compromise on pace — your itinerary is structured around your rhythm, not a group timetable
ATOL protection on every penny paid — complete financial security from deposit to return
Fly in Comfort
Business Class & Premium Economy upgrades
Asia is a long way from home — so the flight matters. Begin your holiday the moment you board, with a cabin upgrade on the long-haul legs and direct services from Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh.
Premium Economy
Noticeably more space, wider seats and deeper recline, priority boarding and an elevated meal service — the most cost-effective way to arrive fresher. A favourite upgrade for guests who want extra comfort without the Business Class price.
Business Class
Lie-flat beds, lounge access, fine dining at altitude and priority throughout. For overnight flights to Asia it is transformative — you sleep across the long leg and step off ready to enjoy your first day, not recover from the journey.
Keep your itinerary exactly as planned and simply upgrade the flights, or let us build a complete Business Class package. Either way, your specialist will price both cabins alongside your quote.

Frequently asked questions
What does luxury mean in practice on these holidays?
It means five-star accommodation with genuine character — ryokans, palace hotels and private villas rather than generic international chains. Private transport throughout. Expert personal guides. Pre-opening access to key sites. Unhurried pacing. And the attention to detail that comes from a small, specialist company rather than a mass-market operator.
Are these holidays suitable for over 60s?
Absolutely — our luxury itineraries are designed specifically with travellers over 50 in mind. Midday rest periods are built into every day. Hotels are chosen for comfort and proximity to key sites rather than trendiness. Guides are briefed to pace activities to your preference. Nothing is rushed.
Can I combine two countries on a luxury multi-centre holiday?
Yes — Japan and Bali, India and Sri Lanka, Thailand and Cambodia are among the most popular luxury multi-centre combinations. We arrange the entire journey as one seamless itinerary, with five-star hotels throughout and private guides in each country.
What is the typical price range for a luxury Asia holiday?
Our luxury holidays start from around £2,495 per person for Cambodia or Sri Lanka (8–10 nights) and range to £6,000+ per person for our Japan Signature Experience (14 nights, all five-star). Multi-centre luxury journeys are priced on request. All include flights, hotels, guides and transfers.
Are solo luxury holidays available?
Yes — solo travellers are warmly welcomed on all our luxury itineraries. Single supplement applies on most tours; we waive it on selected November and February departures. Speak to our specialists for the current single supplement schedule.
What is included in a business class holiday to Asia?
A business class holiday with us pairs your five-star Asia itinerary — hotels, private guides and transfers throughout — with Business Class flights from the UK. You enjoy lie-flat seats, lounge access and priority service on the long-haul legs, arriving rested and ready. We arrange the entire package as one ATOL-protected booking.
Can I upgrade just the flights to Business or Premium Economy?
Absolutely. Many guests keep their land arrangements as planned and simply upgrade the flights. Premium Economy offers extra width, recline and comfort at a modest premium, while Business Class adds lie-flat seats and lounge access for the overnight legs. Tell us your preference and we will price both options on your quote.
How much does a business class holiday to Asia cost?
It depends on the destination, season and cabin, but as a guide, adding Premium Economy is the most cost-effective upgrade, while Business Class is the choice for ultimate comfort on overnight flights. Because we tailor every trip, your specialist will give you exact figures for both cabins alongside your itinerary quote — with no obligation.
